Earl's Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. You do not need to have or take out a Wonga Loan to enter.

2. To enter the competition you need

1. To be a UK resident;

2. To be 18+; and

3. To have either

1. received a raffle ticket by email from Wonga.com; or
2. submitted your email address through the Earl's Raffle Facebook .

3. Three tickets will be randomly selected every week day, i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive up to and including Friday 2nd September 2011, when the promotion is due to end.

4. Winning raffle tickets will be selected from those who have actually opened an email containing a raffle ticket number or generated a raffle ticket through the Earl's Raffle tab.

5. The three winning tickets will be displayed on the Facebook Profile picture each week day throughout the promotion.

6. In order to claim the prize, winners of the prizes will need to post on Wonga.com's Facebook wall or email hello@wonga.com during the course of the promotion. If any winner does not respond by the end of the promotion, new winners will be drawn.

7. The prizes consist of those advertised each day before each draw during the promotion.

8. Prizes are subject to availability and in the event they are unavailable a prize of equivalent value will be provided.

9. Any images are for illustration purposes only.

10. Any winners agree to allow us to display their first name, Facebook username, Facebook profile pic and the name of their town on our website and Facebook page to inform other customers of the winners.

11. Unless the entrant states otherwise, entering the competition will allow Wonga.com to use the entrant's details in future marketing activities and communications.

12. The promotion is due to end on 2 September 2011, however we reserve the right to extend the Promotion, in which case those holding raffle tickets and all Facebook fans will be advised by Facebook posts and/or email.
