Hi I'm not sure if this is the right forum but, i ordered a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarers from suglassesdirect.co.uk at the price of £98.80 on my credit card on 18/07/2011. They said the order can take up to 20 days, i have emailed many times with no reply. I have contacted them through there contact page on there webpage with no reply. I have also rang there telephone number, each time it going to there voice mail, there i have left messages again with no reply.
I am stuck for ideas for what to do, as i don't want to loose out on the money. Why do company's think they can do this to people. Its just not fair.
If i have posted this in the wrong forum please let me know.
Your help will be much appreciated.

Can't you start a claim on your credit card?

I though on a credit card, you could on claim if the one single item was over £100. I have rang there number today, and someone finally answered. They said they would be back in touch in the next hour.
I'm expecting them not to get back in touch, but fingers crossed.

Just to update, i got in touch with they company finally. They have sent a different pair of sunglasses out in the post today, as they didnt have the original ones in stock.
