After sending off a the statue barred letter what was in the link above I got a letter on Friday saying

Please note we are instructed as agents for Lowell Financial Ltd we are currently acting on instructions of our client, our client is under a duty to report the management of the account to the credit reference agencies and we believe THAT you contested to this when you entered the agreement.

We can confirm that the debt relates to an outstanding vodafone account our clients position is that the balance is lawfully due and we having reviewed the account DENY any harrasment.

As we have no record of a valid dispute in this matter and as we clarified our position and that of our client we look forward to hearing from you with your payment proposals
