Hi, I use to stay in Edinburgh before 2 years ago (until aug 2009) and cleared my name by paying the council tax and moved away to London and staying with my brother family. Thanks for all your suggestions.
I have spoken with the council and informed them about my situation and they asked me to send any email who is staying currently up there.
