Hey!!
I bought a pair of jeans from a shop called Jack Jones and the jeans are made by Jack Jones too. I have lost the reciept but will I be able to still return them as the stitching has fallen out of the pockets. Also, how long do you have before the "warranty" runs out on returning clothing??

You can use other proofs of purchase when returning goods such as a credit card statement with the transaction on it.0
