1. There will be one (1) individual prize of ‘a break for two (2) adults sharing a room on a bed and breakfast basis at The Hotel & Extreme Academy, Watergate Bay for the nights of Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th September 2011. Plus two (2) VIP tickets to Polo on the Beach on Tuesday 6th September 2011’ (the “Prize”). 2. Entries can be made online at https://www.facebook.com/joules through completing two (2) steps: (i) click to enter on this page (ii) accept the Joules competition app.
3. Only entry forms that have been completed in full will be entered into the competition. Joules cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.
4. Entrants must be residents of the UK aged 18 or over. We may need to see proof of age. Using false details will result in disqualification.
5. No bulk or third party entries shall be accepted. Only one entry per person.
6. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Joules or The Hotel & Extreme Academy, any person directly or indirectly involved with either party or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
7. The final closing date for entries is Wednesday 24th August 2011 at 23.59. No entries will be accepted after this time.
8. The one (1) winner will be decided no later than Friday 26th August 2011 at 23.59. The winner will be selected at random (and contacted by Joules on the email address provided). The winner must then contact Joules to claim the prize within 48 hours of the date of the email sent by Joules to the winner. Only the winner will be contacted personally.
9. If the Prize remains unclaimed in the time frame stated above, the Prize shall be forfeited and Joules reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to the next entrant selected at random. Joules may repeat this process until such time as the Prize is claimed within the relevant 48 hour period.
10. The winner will be announced on Facebook and the Joules Blog no later than the week commencing 29th August 2011.
11. Before entering please ensure that you are available to take up the prize for the nights specified. Room type is subject to availability. Travel insurance and travel is not included in the prize. All food and drinks or extras are not included in the prize are additional and must be paid for at the time of the stay.
12. The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternative. Once the Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred.
13. It is not possible to sell your prize or give this to a third party. If you are unable to attend, your must notify Joules immediately and the prize will be fortified and retained to be distributed to the next placed entry.
