Advice RE IVA,mortgage and secured loan needed.

Hi again.

First Plus are basically not happy with that and are making it difficult for me to sell the house as they want me to complete a shortfall loan application pack but because im in an IVA as far as im aware i cannot have any credit.

They dont do a credit check for the shortfall form,they just want to know that if they let you sell the house and create a shortfall, you have no money to pay the shortfall back,as this will include your income and expenditure .

Dont know if it will work,but could you not put a complaint into the FOS regarding the shortfall,see if that helps you.

FP are ba***rds when it comes to shortfalls,they would rather see you in the gutter,as they can write off some if not all of the loss as a tax write off, the only ones who benefit are FP.

Wonder if an email to Bob Diamond would help? if you explain the situation,mention you have children and FP could put you on the streets if they dont accept the shortfall.

FP is all they help with,any question you need answering regarding your plight will i am sure, help you. What they dont know about this company is not worth knowing.
Just copy and paste your post from here and hopefully you will get help and wont feel like you are fighting them on your own.
