I went to tesco`s this morning and saw a couple of items that I want to pass on to you. They are easy to miss so most people will pick up the dearer item

coconut milk 59p pride. From the asian section next to wholefoods. Approx 40p saving on the one up by the chinese/indian foods

also sells dried coconut milk on a top shelf in the same asian section. Very handy I should think

lambs liver £1.99 a kg compared to calves liver £16.99 a kg now that is a massive difference

please add to this but the value foods

Don't know much about Tesco, but I get my Coconut Milk from Aldi - 39p for a 400g can. This is "Asia" brand.

If your in Sainsburys check out the Ethnic section for foods - got Pride creamed coconut block 198 g, think it was 38p. Takes minutes to add the water and disolve. Can get the equivalent of 3 or 4 cans of coconut milk out of it.
