Belfast Hotels - family rooms ?

Arggh - none of our local hotels seem to want our business. The few that I have rang who come up with family room say they can only take 2 children due to health and safety! Google searches bringing up self catering / serviced apartments but we really wanted a hotel
Does anyone know off hand where I could try.
Have stayed at Hilton templepatrick before and they were great. Hilton Belfast would do interconnecting rooms but over £400 for 2 nights

Thanks totallybroke but malone lodge is apartments for family of our size

Pretani - Premier Inn are for 2 adults and 2 children - have rang previous occasions to ask about putting in a 3rd child and they say no due to health and safety !
Seems like we have to go to Donegal/Letterkenny etc where they are much more child friendly than hotels this side of the border!! You think they would be glad of the business.0 -
not sure why you think the Health and Safety is an excuse or that they don't "want your business"
If they exceeded their fire certificate with sleepers in the hotel, and the place burned down, the Daily Mail, and many others would have a field day. The company themselves would be in trouble.
Why not simply ask for two rooms adjoining?0 -
There bound to be hotels in N.Ireland which would sort this problem out, like adjoining rooms (the young-ins would love that).......There are hotels which do family rooms

because 2 adjoining rooms means double the price
and surely if they keep proper records they would show that room 123 has x guests ???0 -
Bobs, my brother and his family have been allowed to stay in one hotel room in Belfast by both Premier Inn and Jurys and there were 3 kids at the time - 1 was a baby though. Good luck.0
