From my turkey at christmas I froze slices of breast.I took them out of the freezer yesterday to let them defrost in the fridge.I want to serve the turkey cold so will it be safe not heated up?

Yes it will be fine, in fact better than re-heating it, that's when you get the probs with Salmonella etc if not re-heated thoroughly.
Also was good to defrost slowly in fridge, so shouldn't be any probs.
