I will say, these particular Tesco versions are not the nicest I've seen, they don't compare in any way with the ones you get in the Disney stores for example. But for my niece's first Disney costume, the Rapunzel one will do okay .
Wasn't the Belle one half price online ie £9, even though it doesn't appear to be instore (I didn't check the Belle one instore, as I didn't want to buy it).

Well they'd need to find a store that had one in, or exchange for something else. Failing that, it could be sent back free postage.


Soo annoyed, my rapunzel dress came today, minus the hair braid, rung up and they said to send back for replacement, but don't want to do that in case they don't have any on stock or send it with no hair again, apparantly I can't exchange in store either...we'll see about that!

you could order another, even in a different size then take the hair braid to keep with the correct sized dress that you already have and just send the newest ordered one back as the "hair braid was missing when delivered!";)
