Healthy food magazine - subscription code?

Hello - I don't know if anyone reads this magazine (it's available in Sainsbury's) but it's really good. I want to subscribe but I'ev lost the little card that came with the August issue that had the offer of a free book - gizzi erskine's cook yourself thin - with it. Does anyone have it? I've rung the subscription line but they say I need the promo code to get it. Grrr!
