Thank You

Thank you to everyone for posting both problems and solutions and hints and tips. I have a gambling problem, and I have finally realised that the urge to gamble gets worse (almost irrational) at a certain time of the month. This month, for the first time in a long time I have resisted the urge, and have used the time I would normally waste losing money to get motivation from this wonderful forum.

Thank you so much

A very proud Mummymoo

You should be proud of your own inner strength and resilience. The future is going to be better and brighter. Good Luck.

Well done, you should be very proud of yourself x
  • I know how you feel. I still think about that shilling (5p) each way I put on a horse in 1968 and lost. It's stopped me gambling ever since.

    Well done you.
If you feel your resolve is at risk of breaking at any point I know there is a gambling support thread on here you could post on (or just post on the main board for some support).
