Cheapest way to do an order of service is on your pc with good premium card thats what we did. There are templates online. If you pm your email i can send you a copy of ours. Then you could just edit it and put in her details. You will need microsoft publisher to read it though. We used a4 and turned it on its side used the front, middle and back page. Always print testers to check the details are right before printing a huge run.

we also used a online picture gadget to turn a pic i did of church gate into a drawing which the vicar was really impressed with lol

Gosh, it's a bit last minute to be sorting out food & transport - she's lucky to have a friend like you willing to help!

Like Maysie, we made our orders of ceremony at home.

I'm confused about the food only being out an hour - is it a buffet? Because a sit down meal takes more like 2 hrs.

For nibbles, does this just mean crisps etc, or something more substantial? You could try a cash & carry like Macro if a friend has a card, or Costco, who do sandwich platters etc. What's the budget?
Has the bride cheked with the venue whether she can bring in her own food? Some places are funny about this.
Also, if you can bring in food, who's going to have to prepare it put it out?

Can't help with the car, probs bet to google royals royce wedding cars.

    Thanks Maysie and RainbowDrops

I have shown her Maysies' order of service so we are going to sort that out hopefully tomorrow just need to get the paper have seen some in hobbycraft.

The meal is a buffet and should be served from 430pm however the venue have said that the food can only be out for an hour or so due to health and safety reasons
I spoke to a friend of mine who suggested that maybe we could just get some fruit and cake rather than have another buffet in the evening so maybe we will just do that
So that leaves just the car which I am looking around for.
She has been offered a few cars but obviously being a big day she now wants something a bit more speacial fingers crossed we will get something.
