Hi,
I have some old photos I would like to get restored as a birthday gift, does anyone know where this can be done?
Also I am trying to find a website or shop that sells old photos of a town in Scotland?
Any advice appreciated.
Many thanks

Many councils do local photo archives, some are indexed online that might be worth a look.
Restoring old photographs can be done in Photoshop or similar programs, if you have a scanner and can scan them in it is worth having a go at doing them yourself, there are a few tutorials on the net. It is fairly easy to get reasonable results.
To get them done professionally would probably prove costly depending on how much damage is involved on the originals.Signature No Longer acceptable -
