Subsituting Turkey and Chicken

Hi Guys:j
Am hoping someone else here has had this idea before me and can let me know how well it works.
I'm assuming it would be possible to use turkey breast meat in anything where I would usually use chicken, eg pasta bakes, curries etc.
How does this compare cost wise and if cooked into curry/pasta etc how likely is it that my OH will notice any difference?
Thanks

Not sure about cost, but they are certainly interchangeable. I think they have different flavours, the turkey has a stronger flavour than chicken I think. I suppose it depends on whether your DH has a very discerning palate whether he will tell the difference.0

I often use turkey in place of chicken and the family do not seem to notice. All of the dishes taste just as good.I am playing all of the right notes just not necessarily in the right order

you can in most recipes - but be careful in stir fries - I dont find Turkey as good as chicken here - it seems to go tough!0
