    Hi,

    I agree with pure dead dopey.

    Complain about the way they have handled your account and ignoring letters etc. If you don't, they have no reason to change their behaviour.

    Agreed. Make it clear that you want to make a formal complaint (use those words so they have no wriggle room). Those two little words force them to start following a certain procedure and show evidence that they've done so - which means 9/10 times the problem will magically go away.
