I agree with pure dead dopey.
Complain about the way they have handled your account and ignoring letters etc. If you don't, they have no reason to change their behaviour.:beer:0 -
Agreed. Make it clear that you want to make a formal complaint (use those words so they have no wriggle room). Those two little words force them to start following a certain procedure and show evidence that they've done so - which means 9/10 times the problem will magically go away.0
