Hello OS'ers. I've bought a set of the above ready for winter. The way the gas prices are going scares me to death so I wanted to try to help a little.
They are under the bed ready for the 'day'. I wanted to ask if anyone had some tips for washing/care of these please? I know my Mum had some and kept them for years.
I bought some towels last year and someone told me never to use fabric conditoner on them (I haven't) and they are still nice & fluffy.
Thanks in advance.
ps - Just wanted to say they were selling out of Flanellete sheets already!

Basically wash as you would any cotton sheet; I use vinegar instead of fabric conditioner to make sure that all the soap is out and only use half the recommended dose of washing powder. The vinegar does not make the bedding smell!0

treat as cotton - DONT use fabric conditioner and if you possibly can - line dry. I have to admit they do come out softer from the tumble dryer - but they wont last as long! I love flanellette sheets and use them in the summer too. surprisingly, they are much cooler than you would think.0
