Taxi in East Belfast

Need to to from Bloomfield area of east Belfast to George Best Airport. I realise that this is going to be 'much of a muchness', but which particular company might offer the cheapest overall fare ? Was thinking Swift, based on the H'wood Road, or maybe Value. Anyone any suggestions ? Would be for tomorrow, if that were to make any difference.

Thanks.

  • K Cabs usually charge me £5 from the Castlereagh Road. Its been nearly a year since I last did that journey so it may have gone up. Tel 02890 456444

Be sure you ask what distance minimum fare takes you and what charge is levied after that. £2.50 fare is grand if your journey is less than a mile!
  • east belfast cabs start at £2.80 so Im sure value cabs is more than £2.50

You honestly can't think of circumstances that a taxi would be needed? :(

If it is bucketing down ?? I would still plough on through the rain instead of trying to flag a taxi down, etc. I personally hate taxis - I am much of the mould that "if I can walk there by foot, then..." My folks needed a taxi to go on their hols, though...
