    Terms and conditions
    By entering this prize promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and
    conditions:
    1. This is a prize draw. One winner will be chosen at random on 28 September 2011. Entries
    must be received by midnight the day prior to the prize draw and any entries received after
    this will not be accepted by the Promoter
    2. To enter, fill in the data fields, the question and then click "submit". The entrant must also
    ‘like’ mobiles.co.uk’s Facebook fan page, and must be a fan at the time of the winner selection on
    27th September 2011.
    3. The prize promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees (and
    their families) of mobiles.co.uk or any affiliates, parent or subsidiary companies, as well as
    representatives or agents of mobiles.co.uk, or anyone else who may be involved or connected with
    the prize promotion. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties shall be invalid and not
    be accepted by the Promoter.
    4. An entrant cannot enter on behalf of someone else.
    5. The winning entries will be selected at random by mobiles.co.uk and verified by an independent
    judge and the winners will be notified via email or telephone within one calendar month of the
    draw.
    6. A total of 1 main prize will be awarded consisting of the following:
    a. One Blackberry 9780
    b. Xbox 360 or similar alternative
    d. Archos 7 tablet or similar alternative
    e. HP Netbook or similar alternative
    f. 22” Toshiba TV or similar alternative
    7. The prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions. [STRIKE]The winner must claim the prize and take out a contract within 3 months from 28 September 2011.[/STRIKE]
    8. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted
    by the Promoter for entries which the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be
    liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.
    9. Details of the name of each winner will be available after 27th September 2011 and for three
    months thereafter by sending a signed request along with a stamped self-addressed
    envelope to Facebook Competition, e2save, 3R House, Belton Rd West Extension,
    Loughborough, LE11 5XH.
    10. All prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a
    prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
    11. The Promoter shall use reasonable effort to contact the winner(s) through the means
    specified in these terms and conditions. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner within
    a reasonable period of such a winner having been selected, or if any winner is unable for whatever
    reason to accept the prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize
    to another participant.
    12. mobiles.co.uk may (i) extend any time limit or waive any of these rules where a person might
    otherwise have been disqualified (without obliging mobiles.co.uk to relax these rules in any other
    case whatsoever), (ii) terminate, suspend and/or extend the Prize draw or this promotion at

    Bumping to say that the name of the university is Oxford University, and not the University of Oxford, in case they're pedantic.
