We at BHN would love to hear what you think of this first edition so that we can be armed with sufficient feedback to shape the content for subsequent editions. We’d like to know what you liked and disliked about the publication and what you think we could do to improve it for the future.

Bounty Journal terms & conditions

• Enter the free prize draw for your chance to win one of three Marks & Spencer giftcards worth £100.
• There are three prizes to be won.
• The prize draw is open to Health Care Professionals only
• To enter the prize draw complete the survey on bounty.com/bountyjournal by simply clicking enter.
• Winners will be required to complete all (100%) of the questions in the survey to enter the free prize draw.
• The opening date for the free prize draw entry is the 1st August 2011.
• Closing date for the free prize draw entry is the 1st November 2011.
• Winners will be chosen at random from all successful entrants
• The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the prize draw.
• Within 14 days of notification the winner is required to email confirmation of their postal address and acceptance of the prize to the Promoter. In the event that the winner does not provide the required confirmation within the 14 days the entry will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be chosen.
• The Marks & Spencer voucher will be sent by recorded delivery, to the winners within 21 days of receipt of address confirmation from the winner.
• The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
• Prize to be supplied by Promoter as a gift card only, no cash alternative is available
• Vouchers are redeemable in store and online at www.marksandspencer.com, for terms and conditions of use please see Marks & Spencer website.
• All entrants must have a valid email address.
• All entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
• Only one entry per person.
• The prizes cannot be transferred and no cash alternative is available.
• Prizes are as stated and subject to availability. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• Winner’s details will only be used for administration of the prize and publication of the prize draw winners as detailed below and for no other purpose.
• Winner’s name and county will be made availableon request.
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
• The Promoter reserves the right to exclude at its sole discretion any entries which are likely to offend others, break the law or are otherwise not consistent with the purpose of this initiative.
• Entries not completed in ?accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are not submitted on time or in full or not received by the Promoter for any reason, such as corrupted web pages.
• Promoter shall own the copyright in all of the answers provided in the survey.
• Employees of Bounty (UK) Limited or any associated companies and members of their families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
• By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements associated with the voucher/gift card.
• The decisions of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• In the event that any terms and condition(s) are deemed invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, they shall be severed from these terms and the remaining clauses will remain in force.
