Returns on items seen in quick! Grabbit while you can

I ordered super monkey ball & super monkey ball 2 from simply games. They sent me two copies of super monkey ball 2 instead of super monkey ball & super monkey ball 2 I have now decided I want to return both of them.
I have looked at there returns policy and it says this
'Should you proceed to order you will have the right to cancel for the purchase of any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days from delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right and is separate and additional to our full returns policy. This will apply to your order unless your product has since been opened or used.'
Is this correct? Both games did not have any outer packaging will they be able to argue that the product is open and used? Why do you only get 1 week to send it back? It has been less than one week but it seems very strange.
Can anyone tell me what my rights are
