Unbelievable Quidco!

I made a claim in March when i did my Legal & general life ins through quidco. First off all 5 months later and still no payment! Ive now been told to wait a further 6 months!! :mad:

I then went to go query it on the facebook quidco. Dont know why i bothered. Obviously because my comments weren't positive (i.e. i got paid and quidco are excellent) and more along the lines of why will i have to wait a further 6 months when ive waited 6 months already my comments kept getting deleted. I was not impressed with this.

Facebook Quidco motto is "our wall is your wall" clearly not cos when i was asking them why its taking so long they further deleted my comments. Freeedm of speech?

I then asked them outright as to why they was deleting my comments. They then kicked me off the site and unliked me from the page.

Do you really call that customer service?? Its horrendous. Can anyone else recommend a better cash back site that has better levels of service and communication and dont delete opinions and views and actually try to help instead?

have you made sure on the Facebook page you have 'most recent' selected instead of top posts?

That may be why your comments aren't showing to you.

It's near the top of the Quidco wall.

yeah positive. apparently im not the only person they try to "silence" by deleting comments

It took me a month to get my account closed after being repeatedly ripped off and lied to .

In my opinion they are the worst of the cashback companies. http://www.topcashback.co.uk I have never had a problem with .

thanks shammy ill use them in future instead. I have seen that people who use topcashback have been paid out on companies that quidco havent...

@sausagenmelons - we would never take such action on our Facebook page unless our moderator felt it broke the posting rules. I haven't seen you posts myself so I can't comment. If you need help and advice on an outstanding transaction or claim we are always happy to help but facebook is not really the route to take for this. If you have raised a formal complaint about this we will deal with it properly for you and we would like the chance to be able to help you.

I won't post on here again as it's not the normal thread for us.
