I use Format Factory; easy to use and handles loads of formats for audio, video and more.
You can download a copy from Download.com.0 -
Totally agree about Format Factory, freeware and free of rubbish!

Oh and it will ask if you want to add the ask toolbar, just unclick the options. Thought I would mention it.Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.0 -
imo its completely pointless as it wont improve the sound quality at all0

You can use a video covnerter to convert MP3 to WMA.
you can download a free one here:http://www.hd-video-software.com/hd-video-converter/
but why do you want to convert Mp3 to WMA,I think the songs in Mp3 is much more clear than WMA.0 -
Another option is DBPoweramp, it`s a good program with a lot of plugins0

Format Factory seems much better than the other options that were suggested to me, which only seem to work in their paid for versions. I've just discovered that my new Android phone won't play the many WMA files that I've accumulated.0
