The Sweepstakes begins on November 15st, 2006 at
noon Eastern Standard Time("EST") and ends
December 31st, 2006 at midnight EST. Drawings will
be held on or about January 15th, 2007.


Winners will be randomly selected from all
eligible entries submitted by December 31st, 2006
and received by Salton, Inc. by midnight EST
December 31st, 2006. Winners will be notified
within 14 days of the sweepstakes drawing. Winners
will be notified by email and must respond to that
email within 5 business days. Failure to respond
to the winning notification email will result in
forfeiture and a new winner will be drawn
following the same procedure.
