I'm currently dealing with my parents debt as they are unable to themselves, I am going through CCCS to do a budget form and offer a token payment.
However most companies keep calling the house asking to speak to my parents I have now told them they will be sent a budget form and not to call again.
I heard there is a letter that can be sent regarding the harassing phone calls as I have been told that matters should not be discussed over the phone. I can't find this letter on here though?
