Pounds Till Payday - Step 2??
under-pressure
Hi,
I have several payday loans, the largest of which is Pounds Till Payday at 900 pounds. This was for 700 pounds originally after building up over time. Therefore I am paying 200 a month for a 700 loan among all the others.
While I was away at work my wife managed to lose my bank card while she had it for safekeeping. A curious side effect of this was that I managed to step off the "payday roundabout".
I am getting several recorded phone calls a day to contact the creditors, I know not to hide from them but I also know they are notoriously aggressive on the phone. They have threatened debt collection agencies but I think they would be easier to deal with than a loan company agent.
Can anyone advise what to expect? I would rather pay 100 a month to a debt collection agency than the payday company demand the balance cleared in 3 months!
Hope someone has some advice, I could kick myself for getting in this state!
Cheers
