Is Panelbase.net really secure?

I have been doing panelbase surveys for a while now and have accumulated a bit of money, more than the minimal threshold allowed to withdraw the money.

my question is this, are they really secure and reliable when it comes to personal information submitted?

I am considering withdrawing the amount via BACS, and they state on their page that they don't keep hold of the information entered past the point where the transfer is made, but delete them afterwards.

is this true?

any feedback from panelbase users would be appreciated.

I've had no problems with panelbase, I too was over the withdraw limit a month or so ago and so withdrew my £22 with no problems whatsoever, appeared in my account a few days later.

    Hope that helps :)
Completely new to comps so no wins so far, but fingers crossed! :)

It would be no problem if they did retain it. It would save entering the details again next time.

    Hi DanielClark.

As per the responses from other members of panelbase.net, I can assure you that we never store bank details once a transaction has been processed and we use those details solely for the purpose of processing your rewards withdrawal request.

When you submit your bank details via the www.panelbase.net website (using the link on the 'Credits' page) this information is passed to our servers using an encrypted 256-bit EV SSL connection - this being confirmed via the green tab or green bar in your browser.

We take the security of your personal details very seriously however if you would prefer not to use the BACS withdrawal feature (which guarantees rewards in your nominated bank account within 7 days) you can always withdraw your rewards as high-street vouchers (processed within 14 days). Again, the link on the 'Credits' page of your account will explain this option further.

If you have any further questions, or if we can assist you in any other way, don't hesitate to contact our dedicated support team using the email address or UK free phone number on our website.

    Best wishes,

    panelbase.net

  • thanks for the advice. I think I'll leave the amount in there for now, and withdraw at a later date.
