As it says i am going to log onto my online banking and transfer £10 from my bank account into my savings account every day. If i think of it as £70 per week i would prob think i cant afford that it sounds alot of money but £10 per day doesnt sound as much so im going to give it a try .

Sounds great! Just wish I could do something along those lines, I only have about £70 a week disposable income after DD, bills etc paid. Although I'm trying to minimise this to about £40 a week so I can put about £30 a week into savings!

I did something simular last year-My rule was £10 if we had a reasonable amount left and no bills due shortly or if money was tight just the pennies from the account ie you have £70.89 left so the 89p was transferred. At that time we were just spending cash to keep bills down and to keep tight control so never spent the odd amounts left by direct debits etc.
Even a £1 a day starts to build up and somehow bit by bit seems to get noticed less-kind of the way small spends seem to make all that cash disappear.

Not sure if i will beable to do £10 per day but i will just transfer whatever i have leftover at the end of the day after DD have come out , like some one said if its only 50p i will tranfer it . Hopefully i will always have something to transfer at the end of the day .0

Sounds great! If we ever get to the end of our DMP that's our plan too.
But don't beat yourself up and fall off the wagon if you miss a day or two because of bills, I think you should allow yourself a few breaks every now and again!0 -
I had a friend who was paid weekly.
She always made her pay packet last eight days, so that every eight weeks she had an extra weeks pay.
First week she opened it on a Saturday, next week on a Sunday, and so on.
It worked well for her."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
