Quidco Advice

Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this. It does help you make some extra cash.

My quidco account has been locked out. Basically I forgot my password and got them to email me a new one. However, I didn't realise that my account was registered to an old work email where my emails are no longer forwarded on to me. This means I have no idea what my password should now be. I have sent them 2 emails from the on-line email system and one from my personal email and have had no response (They may have replied to my old email which is no help at all).

I would consider just starting up a new account but I have a pending payment of £65 due for next month and don't want to lose out on this money.

Does any one know what i should do? I can't find a phone number for them anywhere.

Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

  • Whats really the problem?

The old account will still payout next month and you can earn on your new account. The only slight annoyance will be that you will lose a part of the £5 annual fee they deduct.

They do not offer telephone support for consumers.

    Hey,

Quidco have their own Questions and Answers page. An email address given on the thread is juliewells@quidco.com - maybe try emailing that and fingers crossed you'll get somewhere!

    Good luck!

Quidco has its own dedicated thread here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3282000

Which the Quidco Company Rep deals with problems in.

Honestly, that account sounds like a write-off. You don't have access to the password therefore you don't have access to the account. It is unfortunate and I can sympathise with you because it has happened to me too. Fortunately, though, as previously stated, the Quidco payment is automatic so you will still receive it.

Is there any way you can gain access to the old work email?
