What do the abbreviations on the forums mean?

Sorry, brand new to posting on these forums and I am already confused by NSD, F&F pots and PAD's!! Have had the day from hell after getting what should have been great news from my bank, tainted by them also giving me bad news. So thought I'd log on and see if I can start properly setting my finances straight and my poor head is more fried than before! Also, all the numbers and scorethroughs at the bottom of peoples post aren't making much sense to me yet and so I don't know how to put mine up - PLEASE HELP!!

Hey honey can only help ya with one lol i'm still confused as to the meanings of loads on here!! NSD is a no spend day...which as it suggests is that you don't spend a penny that day...some people do it in the sense of not spending a penny at all and others do it in the sense that they've not spend over their budget so effectively might have paid for something that day but not over budget....hope that makes sense...i'll be watching this too to find out what the other ones mean!
    A lot of fellows nowadays have a B.A., M.D., or Ph.D. Unfortunately, they don't have a J.O.B."
