What is a LTV, income muliple and term?
LTV - Loan to Value (What % of the property value the loan is - £100k property with £50k outstanding would be 50%)
Income multiple - how many times your yearly earnings is the mortgage.
Term - How many years left on the mortgage (such as took out as 25, now 3 years in so 22)0
