I'm sorry I don't know any venues in Norfolk (I'll be looking in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk :-)) but just wanted to bump this for you in case anyone else can help
Good Luck with your search:EasterBun0 -
Not sure what side of Norwich you are but we're having our reception at the Cornwallis Hotel in Eye which is just over the Suffolk border, just off the A140. Its a lovely country hotel, great atmosphere and seemed very reasonable price wise compared to some others! Could be worth a look if it's not too far?0

Have you looked at the Norfolk County Council website under weddings? They list the approved venues in the council by Registry Office district.
If you want to travel into Suffolk (don't know where you are) Suffolk County Council have the same.
My friend got married at the Wensum Valley Golf and Country club just outside Norwich a few years ago. It was really lovely venue and had rooms available for the guests. I am not sure how much it cost though.:EasterBun0
