Constant phone calls from Moorcroft Debt Recovery

Advice please :-
I'm getting phone calls from Moorcroft Debt Recovery on a daily basis at the moment who leave messages/voicemails etc..
Reading other posts on here, it sounds like I shouldn't talk to them (which i'm not) - they haven't written to me in ages since they took over a debt from someone else about 4 or so months ago... when a monthly payment figure was agreed. Now they keep callings - 2, 3 or 4 times a day... as early as 8am....
Should I just write to them and ask them to communicate only in writing or what ??
Anyone else had experience of this from these guys who seem very nasty....
Cheers

I would write and ask for them to remove your numbers from their systems and for all communication to be in wiriting - template link below and enclose the extra bit from the bottom of the post.
(Worth sending signed for when it comes to these bullies).
