I am terrible on Ebay, I always look for the 'wrong' thing.

Although I am a bit stressed at the moment!!! lol Thats my excuse anyway!!

I tend to start all my searches in Google Images. It is far more forgiving than ebay - and it usually gives me a few ideas for what words/phrases to try on ebay/other shops.

ebay is really easy you just type in the words you want, so i searched cake brooch xxxx

Try your local habberdashery / trimmings shop.
I was in a similar sittuation trying to get a brooch for my wedding dress.
After a few unsuitable purchses off ebay I found it much better to look at things in real life.

I went to a place called London Trimmings (in London, funnilly enough) and found the perfect brooch for £5, so if you can find a similar shop, it might be your best bet & save you taking a punt on ebay.

alright i was just trying to help i thought buy just listing a search of all brooches, she could just see for an idea!

Im thinking about looking for an actual brooch or somthing simular as the price for anything with the word wedding is over the top!
