Photography Franchise

Hi All
I was after a bit of advice really.
I've seen a photography franchise called Little Angels but I can't find any reviews etc on the web
I have looked high and low.
It sounds good and you get lots of equipment lobbed in with the £3000 fee but as I have never ventured into the franchise world before I wanted to learn a bit more
Has anyone or is anyone with this company and is it really worth the cash and do you earn enough to make a tidy profit?
I have a little one in childcare and I wasnt happy with their first nursery photo's and thought I could do a better job frankly and it looks like a fun thing to get into.
The link for them is becomeanangel.co.uk
Thanks

I think for £3k you could easily start your own company. All the good work you do for them is building their reputation up not yours. Also I'm pretty sure they wouldn't let you use your images in your own personal portfolio. They'd own all the copyright.
The only possible reason is if they guarantee a certain amount of work or they do lots of free promo for you.0 -
I've had a look at their site and they are a bit different to a normal franchise.
You do your own promo but they do the post-processing, development and packaging which IS a big help.
Also it's done by area so if you have established franchisee's in your area you may not have an abundance of work.0 -
Little Miss Uni-Debt, thanks for the advice
You made a good point about being limited if its area based.
If no one wants the business in that area, what are you supposed to do!!! Suppose it would have been good if they let you find your own clients too.
Wouldnt want to put money into it if there was no work or little to make a profit
