Hi, i got the email but mine didn't have a ' Congratulations' bit, so, maybe you have all won,hope so good luck to all who got the congatulations email.

i got the email with congratulations and no picture in the morning and mine went to the bin,thought i didnt win as usual,but i read all your post and retrieve the email again,i think i will contact them to find out if i won or not

just refreshed the page now and the congratulation part is gone and shows the picture

I had the same email (congratulations in the title and where the image should be) but not with congratulations in the general body of email -

I've emailed them too so hopefully they will reply to us all soon xx

The title of my email just said Everything but the kitchen sink. Not congratulations. The body of the email said:-
