Sarahsaver - I've never had them dishonour a code - held an account with them almost 10 years now (tempting fate here aren't I, lol ).

Were you paying with a card or putting it on their account? I know sometimes if you pay upfront they do combine.

I have placed an order before and code showed on the order confirmation then a day or 2 later received an email saying I couldn't use the code....It's only happened once

the order code is showing up on the 'place order' page but no discount is showing, I have ordered from them before but can't remember if it shows the discount on that page or not - i thought it did, can anyon confirm this before I hit the submit button please. thanks.

Hi it always shows the discount for me, if it doesnt show the discount then i suspect it hasnt worked, remember you have to order from the SPRING 2007 catalogue so maybe thats why it isnt showing.

hmm, thats what I thought that it hadn't worked, it was from the spring book though and is over £5 so can't understand it, will try again later. thanks.

If it still doesnt work, order the item and email them or phone them up and ask them to put the code through, if they refuse to put it through (which im sure they wouldnt do) you can return it via courier:)

In case anyone was wondering - my two orders using this code (placed a day apart) arrived today - in the same bag, on the same paperwork, both showing the £5 discount from the code - not combined.
