Not really possible to get costings as it depends on what is needed, what is possible and what is wanted. The costs will change according to the prosthesis placed on top and the number of implants required for said prosthesis. Also if things such as sinus lifts are needed this would impact. The best option is to find a reputable practitioner and seek an assessment. The place to start is your own dentist and ask who they refer to

You dont need faith in their abilities if they are referring you on :) I have 2 go to people for implants and have zero input beyond that. I just refer to people I trust to do a good and ethical job. We get no kick backs for referrals. Its all above board. Just ask for a referral and they should be able to sort it out for you.

The other important thing is implants are costly £2000 per tooth, time consuming to place and need alot of maintainance. You can lose an implant if your oral hygiene is not up to scratch and certain conditions make their placement alot less successful ie smokers (many implantologists will not place implants on smokers because they are much mire likely to fail), people who grind their teeth and people taking certain medications etc.

You also have to have a good quality and quantity of bone to hold the implant in.
