i am having mdf circles (which are 20p each from work and thats there actual price not discounted) some ribbon (which we already have cos it was cheaper to buy more strangely) and some silver spray paint they are working out at about £5 for 10

my biggest problem is finding nice vases that are wide enough for my lights =(
