Mobile contract application help please....

Hi new here and not sure what forum this thread should have gone in.

Anyway I went into vodafone and applied for a contract and realised that the person spelt my first name wrong.

I'm now paranoid as to what affect that will have on me, I was declined for the contract, but will this add an alias?

Will this make my credit rating even worse?

Is there anything I can do?

And lastly should I apply with the correct spelling?

I am sorry to hear that you weren't accepted for a contract with us.
