Cheapest Men's dinner suit

Hubby is a DJ and occasionally does events where the customer specifies black tie. As he hates jackets, he's previously just worn ordinary black dress trousers with a white wing tip shirt and black bow tie. However a new customer has specified that he must wear a full dinner suit.

Where is the cheapest price for either:

1) a dinner jacket, trousers and cummerbund

2) the whole lot if it'll work out cheaper than option 1!

He's not bothered about brand names or quality, as it'll only be worn a handful of times, so cheapness is the most important factor!

Matalan have trousers for £15, and jackets for £25, I got a dress shirt and bow tie for £20 in debenhams for a New Year dinner. Hope this helps.

I'd suggest that you try out hire shops - they often sell off suits at vey good prices and are usually in good condition eg Moss Bros. Also worth checking out local charity shops which often have them for sale at cheap prices!
