Hope you don't mind me posting (I've highlighted the most important bits):

1. Open to UK, CI, IoM and ROI residents only, excluding employees of Momentum Worldwide, NESTLE UK, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion
2. Applicants must be aged 16 or over
3. Closing date for participation is the 23rd August 2011 (12pm)
4. Two competitions will be run in total. Promotional period is:
a. Competition 1: Tuesday 9th August – Tuesday 16th August 2011
b. Competition 2: Tuesday 16th August – Tuesday 23rd August 2011
5. Entries for the competition must be received by midday (12pm) on Tuesday 16th and Tuesday 23rd August 2011 inclusive
6. No purchase necessary
7. To enter, participants must
a. Go directly to Facebook and log into their Facebook account
b. Become a ‘fan’ of the ROWNTREES® Facebook page
c. Click on the competition tab, and “Allow” the competition app
d. Answer the question on the ROWNTREES Facebook competition page. Participants are required to submit a text, image or video entry into the competition.
e. “Accept” the Terms and Conditions, and click “Submit” to begin
f. One contest will be run in total, over a one week period. Three prize winners will be selected.
8. Only one entry per person will be accepted for each weekly competition. Bulk, third party or consumer group entries will not be accepted
9. There are 3 prizes to be won in total. Prizes include a ‘selection’ of ROWNTREES sweets, including one sharing bag (195g) and two single (50g) packs from the range. Specific brands that form part of the ‘selection’ will be chosen at random by the Promoter
10. Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value
11. Winning entries will be awarded on merit to individuals who, in the opinion of the judging panel which includes an independent adjudicator, adhere correctly to the judging criteria (see clause 7 relating to entry instructions. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the full terms and conditions), and submit the most appropriate to the Brand, apt and original entry. Winners will be published on the ROWNTREES Facebook wall each week for the duration of the promotion
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
13. Winners will be notified within three days of each weekly draw closing date, and if any winner cannot be contacted within a further 14 days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original
14. The Promoter is not liable for non- or late receipt of any entry due to operator or network error, or for any associated cost to entrants. Proof of sending is not accepted as proof of receipt
15. Any material created as part of the promotion must be tasteful and captured in a considerate manner. Entrants must adhere to the guidelines noted on the ROWNTREES Facebook page, ensuring that entries do not contain trademarks owned by others or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind, without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as licence plate numbers, personal names, email addresses or street addresses
16. Any material created as part of the above Promotion shall be owned by the Promoter and entrants grant the Promoter and the Promoter’s group of companies a perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid up, royalty free, worldwide licence to use the material or any part thereof for any purpose in any media, (including print and online). This includes the right to make changes to the material. Entrants irrevocably waive their moral rights in the material to the greatest extend permitted by law
17. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to permanently remove any material that is deemed by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion to be (a) in breach of this clause or (b) distasteful, degrading or will in any way cause offence
18. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive
19. By entering the Promotion, Participants acknowledge that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or image and statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion
20. Prize winners’ names and counties will be available via the official will be the ROWNTREES Facebook page at www.facebook.com/rowntrees for a minimum period of 3 months after the closing date
