what to do next??

hi guys been reading this site for a while but need some help now

iv been out of work for a while but found myself a good job a few months ago and now want to start to get my debts settled

iv got 3 defaults on my credit rating all for under £500 each, i was thinking of offering a full and final payment on these but i can remember reading here that there might be a way of getting these removed from my credit score?

does anyone have a link to some of these pages or could tell me about it please, iv been on here hours now and not getting anywhere futher forward

just a wee bit more, my last default comes off in 3 years, would it look better on my file if i pay a full and final settelment or would that show up after the default had been removed?

from what i can see if i just let it lapse it is removed from my account, but if i acknowlage the debt thay can still come after me after the 6 years, any light on this subject would be greatly received
