Good Morning!
In today's "The Times" there is a free deep relaxation CD by Paul McKenna. It states on screen that it is NOT hypnosis.
Also, "The Daily Mail" are starting to give away a range of health-related exercise and lifestyle DVD's. As I understand it, there will be one DVD each day. I'm pretty sure it's not a token collection - you just need a coupon which you have to redeem at WHSmiths.
