Ok sorry to sound all dumb. But am I correct in my interpretation of these MOC's - in effect you can take these coupons (i.e. the one in the mail today) to Tesco slef scan - and put them in with your shopping for money off?

As I say apologies if I sound dumb - just want to be sure before trying it out

Thanks LittleBill. Is this something that can only be done in Tesco self scan - or is it policy for the larger supermarkets to simply accept these coupons?

    thanks again

This has been mentioned by Constantine on the R&R threads who is a Tesco store manager. I understand that it isn't their policy to accept these coupons without the product being purchased.

A checkout assistant could well be told off if s/he has accepted too many coupons without the product being purchased. On self scan it is possible that the person manning those tills will check which coupons you have used.

You might well get away with it but it's not strictly in line with the supermarket's policy.
