Hello all,
Apologies if there is another thread I should be posting this on, but I cannot find one.
In 2008 I entered into a IVA with Blair Endersby, I spent 2 years paying the monthly payments and all was good. Then I was made redundant and suffered with severe depression so couldnt make my payments, I told BE the situation but they said that I would either have to carry on paying or defult. I took the latter option and didn't hear anything else from them.
A year later I moved home and secured a new job, I wrote to BE to advise on this but again, didn't hear anything. Now I have been sent letter from 2 creditors asking for their money (so I assumed the IVA failed) which I have paid off and they are showing on my credit report at settled, also my IVA doesn't show.
Now I am confused as to what to do. My credit rating is extremley low (at 131) and I would love to start rebuilding this but I have no idea where to start!?
Any advice would be great!
Thanks in advance
Sam
