Hi
Have been looking at overpayment calculators.Cannot find one that tell you what happens when paying a set amount each month.
e.g. if mortgage is 200 per month but you paying say 250 every month -on first month overpayment would be 50
But every month after would be little bit more due to reduction in capital (51 second month 52 third etc)
Now all calculators i can see just let you put in set amount of overpayment
is there one out there i am missing which would allow me to do this

Remember only people who say money doesn't matter have already got enough

I love this one, you can add in overpayments as a set monthly amt and for shorter periods. It has pie charts etc. as well.
