How to stop worrying?

I know this seems an odd question but here goes.
I am comfortable with my finances I have, I pay them on time, I earn enough to cover them and save money, the problem is I can't stop worrying about the debt? You can't move forward without building your credit rating and so on so we all have to have debts to an extent, e.g. phone bill etc.
I am making myself ill worrying over nothing and I can't help it? What would you recommend doing? Thanks.

Hi Carlm90!
I'm certainly glad I don't worry as much as you considering the debt I have!
Anyway is it only just things like a mobile phone contract you have? You're not worrying about some credit card bill that you're paying off?
Do you have a comfortable amount of savings so that if you were to lose your job, you could easily meet your credit agreements such as phone contract without your salary? Some people say 3 months salary - personally I look at how much I would need for all my expenses for a month then decide how much security you want. My expenses, including mortage, tax, bills etc are only about 25% of net salary which is why I do it that way.
Hope you manage to stop worrying soon!0
