well we had a property (see sig) that i must update!

however 2 months down the line the vendors have been unable to provide proof of the service charge being reduced.
when we offered it was a whoppoing £128 per month but was told residents had all got together and management company wrote to all and agreed it would come down in the new year (2007) to approx £60 per month
i was told this would be provided to my solicitor.

i chased it thursday and found out that no it is not likely to come down till 2008 and even the to £98 per month..

i cant afford to take the risk of it and the selling agents attitude has put me off the whole thing..

today i have seen to properties that are much better and considering offering..

gosh my heads in a twist buying is so scary its such alot of money
